Agile coaches need to be able to self-assess their skills in order to grow personally and professionally.  In this module, you’ll learn how to continuously use the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel as a self-assessment tool to identify your strengths and opportunities for growth. Follow Rae and the InsureSwift team through each area of the growth wheel. From the initial meeting with Rae and the rest of the InsureSwift team, Janelle is still trying to figure out how Rae was able to move the pendulum with Leo. He’s been consistently resistant to change and was not happy when Marco decided to bring in a new agile coach. But Rae changed all that. Janelle is determined to figure out how Rae was able to create even the slightest bit of change in someone who is so against it.
