Follow Rae and the InsureSwift team through each area of the growth wheel. From the initial meeting with Rae and the rest of the InsureSwift team, Janelle is still trying to figure out how Rae was able to move the pendulum with Leo. He’s been consistently resistant to change and was not happy when Marco decided to bring in a new agile coach. But Rae changed all that. Introduction to Agile Coaching is for anyone who wants to play a key role in a team or organization's agility, so that they can respond to change effectively, improve collaboration, and deliver higher-value outcomes to their customers and stakeholders. You can utilize these skills in any role, especially those involving team leadership and organizational influence.
To access the course materials, assignments and to earn a Certificate, you will need to purchase the Certificate experience when you enroll in a course. You can try a Free Trial instead, or apply for Financial Aid. The course may offer 'Full Course, No Certificate' instead. This option lets you see all course materials, submit required assessments, and get a final grade. This also means that you will not be able to purchase a Certificate experience.
