Through four courses, you will cover Systems Engineering fundamentals, Agile principles, challenges with Scaling agile to Systems Engineering Projects and leadership techniques which will prepare you to effectively design and implement systems engineering processes and methods to complete large-scale engineering under frequent change.
Applied Learning Project
Learners will work on projects that simulate real-world systems engineering challenges, applying Agile methods to design, adapt, and manage large-scale engineering processes under changing conditions.
